Currently on a rented pin in Brentwood Bay - can be transferred to you so you don't have to worry about finding a place to have it for the winter The GOOD - it is (almost) completely GUTTED! that means you can start fresh and make this 100% your very own style! (we have not touched the vbirth) - motor runs like a charm. 0 problems with it - the hull is extremely solid. has 1 year of bottom paint left - comes with a brand new Raymarine Dragonfly-7 radar system - working propane heating system - working propane stove and oven - working bathroom / toilet, sink, shower - 3 beds / sleeping space for up to 5 - plumbing / electrical work - we have already purchased a bunch of wood that comes with the boat to help with renovations - comes with a Polaris zodiac dinghy - boat has over $5000 worth of working parts alone (not including the physical boat/hull itself) THE WORK - we found some rot and since has been completely removed - needs wood supports redone to support deck - needs interior wood working / wood finishing done - the rigging is solid just needs to be re-supported under the deck This would be an awesome fall project for someone!
