- Approximate couch dimensions: 40" deep x 30" high x 88" long - Approximate mattress dimensions: 58" wide x 68" long x 6" thick - Leather in decent shape. - Only rip is in the lining holding the middle back cushion which is on the backside and out of sight (see photo) - Frame mechanism may need some tuning as the bed requires some "coaxing" when folding in (catches on inside edge of couch as well as floor) - Some staining on backside of mattress (thanks to our dog opening a container of chocolate milk power on the couch) Couch has recently been moved into the garage for direct COVID conscious acces. hide-a-bed hideabed sofabed pullout couch
