Moved in to a new place and removed this electric hot water tank to put in a higher capacity on-demand system to accommodate a suite. This absolutely works - these copper tanks never die. All the plumbers and tradespeople that have come through during renos are in love with it ... unfortunately I need to say goodbye. It's a Copper King 40gallon tank - again, no issues with it, I just had to change the configuration in my home. (Don't worry, we haven't left it outside, we just moved it this morning to put in the other tank and will keep it sheltered.) Emails or texts only pls - I never have my ringer on and often miss voicemails.
