This privately owned 2005 BMW X3 has been a great, comfortable and reliable vehicle that's a pleasure to drive. The interior and exterior are in good condition with some typical minor wear and tear (some shown in pictures). Selling as household no longer requires 2 vehicles. Accident free to the best of my knowledge. Kept out of the elements in a car port. The only recommended issue not addressed is a minor oil leak, which has caused no notable issues. I think that I've been told this is a leak common to this make/model but I don't remember the details. The other known potential issue is a possible windshield washer fluid leak. A leak has never been observed, even with a full reservoir, but the dash warning lamp frequently indicates that the washer fluid is low. Comes with original Owner's Manual and two key fobs. Will probably also throw in chains still in their box that were never required (4x4 always sufficient for Mt Washington - even in very stormy weather). Asking $5,500 - open to reasonable offers.
