Our loss is your gain, we need to downsize our main vehicle and have to let our 2005 Bantam Flyer F-18 Hybrid Trailer go. Trailer length is 18 feet closed and Dry Weight is 2358 pounds, Hitch Weight 254 pounds, fully loaded with water is around 3754 pounds, freshwater tank is 30 gallons, Grey water 10, black water 5. Front Queen bed, rear double, table folds down into a twin, and couch folds into a single. There is also a connection for a small TV to be installed and a built in stereo and speakers. Small bathroom with shower, all tanks, furnace, fridge/freezer, water pump, septic etc all work perfectly. Included will be the hitch and sway bar system, jacks, 2 x propane tanks.
