Last year I bought this beautiful boat with the intention of learning to sail, but this year I've decided to go back to school. I am selling for 500 less than I bought it for as it was docked the whole time and I think that is fair. Loaded Newport 27 ready to sail and adventure. Sleeps 5, teak interior including galley with large ice box and propane stove, propane force 10 heater, twin couches (one pulls out into double bed), table, head with flush toilet sink and holding tank, full v berth. Has a new used mercury 9.9 hp, gps, depth sounder, marine radio, all sails in good condition. Can be great as a liveaboard.
