$45 · Gibsons Staffordshire gold lustre Teapot, Creamer and Sugar bowl

This is a stunning early mid-century Gibsons teapot and matching creamer and sugar bowl. Cream colour with gold lustre decoration. Number 804 painted in gold on the bottom. This indicates it is from 1939-1949. It is in fabulous condition! It is completely clean, shows no signs of use. NO cracks, chips, damages of any kind. No loss of gold gilt work. There is uniform light crazing in ivory areas typical of this type of Gibson teapot. I have tested it with water and it pours perfectly! Measures approximately: 9.5" wide from outer handle to tip of spout. 6" tall to top of knob. It holds 40 oz. liquid to top of rim (would be considered a 6 cup pot).
