Flame point Ragamuffin

Samuel is a 12 yr old flame point ragamuffin. He is extremely docile and loves to be loved. He is a friendly sweet little guy that loves cuddles and to lay on your lap all day if he could. Completely litter trained. Indoors only. He does like an enclosed patio lounge but only if safe. He is not a roamer and would rather just be with you hanging out. He would benefit by being in a loving environment where he is not frequently alone since he is a big people cat. Prefers his own space and doesn’t love dogs. Ideally he is the only animal. I’ve had him since he was 3 years old but with a new baby and a husband that is highly allergic (allergist said we should rehome) I am sadly looking for a new home for him. He’s been neutered. Doesn’t scratch furniture or anything other than his scratch pad. Understands no. Keeps off of surfaces unless you give him permission. Note: Samuel has some gingivitis and has lots a few teeth which don’t seem to be a bother at this stage of his life.
