No rips or tears on the outside. Heavy duty fabric. Some minor dirt on the outside. Could use some cleaning. Zippers all work good. Small section of the floor was duck taped top and bottom due to seal up a hole. The duck tape patching has held up for 20 years now. Hasn’t been used in the rain in the past few years so not sure if it may need some rewaxing or not. Very good condition for being 40+ years in age All of the loops and string ties intact. The inside measures 160” x 115” Includes all poles, ropes and stakes. Ordinal poles bag included. No tent bag
