Left over from our project, we have some Xypex Concentrate for concrete sealing/waterproofing. 60lb / 27.2kg pail (unopened) - $114 20lb / 9.1kg pail (unopened) - $54 Buy both for $160. Save tax and a few extra dollars. (Purchase price in January was $114.43 + $54.99 plus 15% tax = $194.83) We also have ~23lb in an 60 lb pail (opened three weeks ago) - $30.
