Eventually she realizes she would have failed by now if she had no redeemable qualities. Looking for love and greeting card sales, she approaches both with yearning and abject fear. She tenaciously pushes through crippling self deprecation to unconventional victory. Author's note: This story takes place circa 2001, but don’t get caught up in the details, memory is a funny thing. People and events are completely fictional, but names are changed to protect the guilty. It’s 2022 as I write this, I hope this pandemic is over. It’s been a hard 40 years in lockdown, I’m poised for some rash behaviour. Jupiter’s pluck, determination and forceful tenacity has inspired me to chart a spectacular course to victory. I don’t have the starry eyes of young Jupiter, but being hella seasoned does have advantages. I hope this book helps you understand you can do it, whatever it is for you. Your fears, breakdowns, crying, homicidal/suicidal tendencies are completely normal. I hope you laugh, but more, I hope it will help you along your way. The pandemic took the stuffing out of me. I needed this project to remind myself who I am and get myself up and going again.
