Offered for sale this late 19th century / early 20th century framed watercolour painting on paper, signed in the lower right hand corner W. Sheppard by American Artist / Painter Warren W. Sheppard ( 1858-1937 ). The painting is in fair condition given age. The frame is definitely older but may not be original as the back framing paper (which is torn) has a stamp which appears to read that it was framed in Canada. This Americana shipping scene would make a fantastic addition to any collection. Measurements including the frame are approximately 13.25 inches in height x 16.25 inches in width.
