Wanted- large bright 1 bedroom suite or apartment in Fairfield.

Looking for a suite for my Mom. After 20 years of renting her current rental Mom has been given notice that she needs to leave by end of June. Looking for a reasonably priced rental, most likely a large 1 bedroom suite or apartment, long term, must be within walking distance to Fairfield Thrifty Foods where she works, or has a short direct bus route, but Mom would prefer to be able to walk. Mom is very quiet, always pays her rent on top, no drugs, no parties, no pets, keeps her rental meticulously clean, and looks after the rental like she owns it.
