We are looking for a great fit, which mainly means responsible, respectful, great communication, and integrity. We’re hoping to find someone who has some parallels in lifestyle and schedule as our family to create a positive experience for everyone involved. We’re looking for long term tenants who can enjoy sharing this lovely home and property with us. We’re looking for a 1 year lease that will then become month to month. We are a young family (a couple with a sweet baby girl). We are plant based. We’re both introverts, quiet, respectful, kind, easy going, and professional. We love quiet nights in, going for walks, board games, reading, & spending time with family. The space would be perfect for a quiet single professional, a couple, a pair of roommates, or possibly a couple with one child. We’re looking for maximum 2-3 occupants. It would be ideal for someone who does NOT party, smoke, or do drugs. Someone who works during the day and sleeps during the night, or who maybe works nights but outside of the home. Someone who is quiet and respectful. Our home is located on a quiet street near the Tillicum & Carey intersection. Centrally located so close to a lot, and easy to get anywhere in the city. It’s a corner house with a yard (not fenced). The suite is a basement 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite. Big windows let in lots of natural light. Approx. 1,000 sqft of living space. The bathroom is a 3 piece bathroom (walk in shower, sink & toilet) with modern finishes. Kitchen includes fridge, large oven, 4-piece stove, microwave, large double sink, and plenty of counter + cabinet space. The main larger bedroom has a built-in closet. Some storage space is available under the stairs in a walk-in cold/dry closet. Laundry is included with a washer & dryer on-site in the garage (shared, but privately accessible). Lots of free street parking on 2 quiet streets. The cost of renting the suite is $2200 per month for 2 people, or $2,400 per month for 3 people. This includes ALL utilities, and wifi.
