We have a motorhome parked on our property in Langford. We thought we would offer it to a student or someone looking for affordable accommodation. NO PETS AND ONE PERSON ONLY. We are located by Costco...right in the center of everything & only 20 minutes in any direction to downtown, Sidney or Sooke. For students, Royal Roads is 5 km away, 40 mins by bus or 9 mins by car. Camosun Interurban is 10 km away, 15 mins by car or an hour by bus. We have many stores & services within a few blocks...Save On Foods, Market on Millstream, Costco, restaurants, fast food and pubs. Our motorhome is completely plumbed in with electricity, water & sewer, full cable with Movie channels & HBO, WIFI, heat, air conditioning, garbage, recycling & compost are all included in the rent. It's a clean & cozy space perfect for 1 VERY QUIET person over 19 years of age with NO pets who wants to have their own private tiny house type of space. The rent is $1000 per month plus a $400 damage deposit available November 1st. This unit has a kitchenette table, comfy couch, comfortable upper bunk with full/double bed with memory foam mattress, closet, drawers & bathroom with sink, shower and small tub. The kitchen space has fridge/freezer, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave, double sink & cupboards. Everything is electric... no propane appliance operation required.
