$3,000 · Hardworking family ISO of LONG TERM HOME

Hi there we are interested in a rental property to care for and call our own for years to come. We are a gainfully employed professional couple with a home schooled 16 year old daughter, who also works. We have a 4 year old Boston Terrier, Piggy Smalls, who is well-trained and very well behaved. ( I'm not just saying that...its true) We have amazing references from local business owners/ old landlords and we are looking for long-term, we would love to not have to move again for a very VERY long time. We will also be moving with a long time family friend who also has a small dog of her own and has phenomenal references as well. We do NOT party, drink, smoke, or make noise. I work graveyard shifts so we greatly appreciate quiet. We moved from Alberta almost 6 years ago now where we owned our house and unfortunately that is not a possibility here in Victoria. We were also landlords of a suite we had built in our basement, so we understand the importance of finding proper renters! Our budget is around $3,000 monthly but could be stretched a little further if need be. Unfortunately it seems the market is geared towards charging over $1,000 per bedroom which is difficult when you have a child who does not pay rent yet!!
