This is an old (at least 50 yrs +) cast brass oil lamp that was used in homes and Hindu temples in Nepal. It has a decorative dragon on each side of the arched bracket. The edge of the base is encircled with decorative filigree pendants in cast brass. On Etsy, there is one lamp like this for sale for $390. They list it as a "rare find". Dimensions: 9" tall - from bottom of pendants to top of hanger x 6" wide at its widest point. Cash only pls.
