I am looking for good homes, on preferably acreage property, for two young peafowl born this past June. Hard to tell if male or female, so can’t say for sure, but feel at least one is male. Their adult feathers aren’t completely in until 2-3 years of age. These birds need lots of room to roam. They get to know their home and their people and will stay relatively close to where their food comes from. They are large birds, so enclosures need to be adequately roomy. Males will get noisy mostly in the spring during mating season, and more so if there is more than one male in the vicinity as they will compete for females. $45 each.
