This cozy space has low ceilings (6’ 3” with two 5’ 9” beams), a small kitchen and living/dining area, bathroom with shower and private laundry, and a bedroom with a sizable closet. The suite was built recently and has modern and simple finishes. The home is located in the friendly and quiet neighborhood of Oaklands. It is minutes from Cedar Hill Golf Course and Rec Center, Hillside Mall, and located close to the Haultain bike route. Downtown, UVIC and Camosun are all about 10 - 20 minutes away by bike. Bus routes can be found nearby along Hillside, Cook, Bay and Fernwood streets. The suite is unfurnished, and appliances include fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. Rent includes heat, hot water, city services and basic internet (aprox. $150 in value). There is on street parking if needed. The lease term is 1 year which will roll into a monthly lease thereafter. The space is best for one person - no pets, no smoking. We are looking for a mature, respectful, and quiet tenant.
