$2,500 · WANTED: 2br, pet-friendly suite for April 1st or sooner

Hey Victoria, My partner and I are looking to rent an unfurnished one/two-bedroom upper level, garden suite, or self-contained unit in the surrounding Jubilee (flexible) area on a 6 month minimum or year to year lease. We’re not interested in a basement suite or shared accommodation at this time, but we’re open to other unique opportunities. We have a budget range of $2,500 for the right place and we’re hoping to find a new home for us as early as April 1st, 2025 (flexible). About Justin: Red Seal Carpenter, previous homeowner, full-time consultant working with Indigenous Nations across Canada. Jana: Medical Radiation Technologist finishing up her CAMRT studies in Victoria. 
 Our tag along is a senior (12 year old) Belgian Shepherd named Zoomer, weighing in just under 30lb. An absolute sweetheart - very well trained and quiet. 

 We’re all part-time couch potatoes, part-time outdoor enthusiasts and full-time great tenants. Kid’s aren’t in our immediate future plans and are looking for a respectful, quiet environment to call our home. We’re available to provide multiple references, if requested.
