Very close to buses. The suite has a private bedroom, living room plus a kitchen with a large eating bar/counter. The kitchen, living room and bedroom are for the private use of the tenant. The bathroom is shared with a tenant in a separate suite. This suite has a double bed, night table, small desk and chair, wardrobe closet, bookshelves, sofa, coffee table, tv stand and a dresser. The kitchen is mostly equipped with dishes, bowls, pots and pans, utensils, small appliances (kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster) a large fridge and a four burner stove and oven, microwave and a shared portable clothes washer and personal drying rack. The suite is in a newer building. It is suitable for ONE clean and quiet person. Wifi, lights, heat and hot water are included.
