Us: We are looking to connect with like-minded professionals who would be a great fit for joining our community. Our stunning office is located in the heart of “Victoria” on the corner of Fort and Quadra Street. With 11 offices and currently home to 20 practitioners. We prioritize folks who identify as queer, BIPOC and/or disabled, however, we welcome all those who are passionate about serving the queer community and being in a space that centres anti-oppressive values. More than just an office rental, we aim to build a community where you can create a supportive and welcoming home for your work and the people you serve. Your rental includes: 24/7 access to your office, website listing, access to an internal referral network, opportunity to be in community with like-minded practitioners, and community events The Offices: One office will be available January 1rst. This office is a 1/2 time shared office for a body worker (RMT, Accupuncturist, etc). This body worker office is fully furnished and will be shared with a long term member of the Queer Care Collective who is an RMT. Rent is $419.40 per month. And two offices are coming available February 1, 2025. Two of our offices are approximately 13 x 9 feet at $1150.00 per month and include large windows. Practitioners are required to hold a valid business license with the City of Victoria and commercial and personal liability insurance. Each office is rented out on a one year lease. Features: Our shared space includes a large, cozy and welcoming lobby with complementary tea and water, air conditioning, a private shower, non-gendered washrooms, wheelchair accessibility, warm lighting, and a private kitchen. Most offices include windows that open and are suitable in size for working with individuals or couples as well as bodywork.
