This suite is on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey, 34 suite complex and because of the roof line, there is no one above you, so in essence, it's the top floor. You can walk to most amenities you will ever need - groceries, drug stores, butcher, fish market, restaurants, cafes, schools, water access, buses, etc. etc. All our suites have in-suite storage units but the last tenant didn't need as there all lots of cupboards/closets and turned it into a 3rd bdrm. Our building is smoke-free both inside your suite and on your balcony, HOWEVER there is a covered, furnished Gazebo at the far end of the building that is designated the smoking area for tenants and their guests who partake.
