Located on the beautiful Saanich Peninsula, in the heart of the thriving Village of Brentwood Bay, set back off the main roads, in a parklike setting. Brentwood Bay provides a "country feeling", away from the maddening crowds of Victoria, yet so close, approx. 20 minutes, to Victoria and the Sidney Ferries & Airport. The bright corner suite has extra windows, so gets east & south sun. The suite will be beautifully renovated throughout - too many changes to list. Can't send any photos yet as it is been worked on. This suite is on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey, 34 suite complex and because of the roof line, there is no one above you, so in essence, it's the top floor. You can walk to most amenities you will ever need - groceries, drug stores, butcher, fish market, restaurants, cafes, schools, water access, buses, etc. etc. All our suites have in-suite storage units but the last tenant didn't need as there all lots of cupboards/closets and turned it into a 3rd bdrm. Use as a den, office, 3rd bedroom, whatever you need it for. Our building is smoke-free both inside your suite and on your balcony, HOWEVER there is a covered, furnished Gazebo at the far end of the building that is designated the smoking area for tenants and their guests who partake. I'm sorry we do not accept pets, no matter how perfect your's is. Laundry room is on ground floor and wil take coin and/or the coinless PayRange system. $2/load. Parking is $60/space.
