Kids quad. Turns over but won’t start. Has a new clutch,Anxingo Ignition Coil CDI Regulator Rectifier Relay Kit (spark plug and wire) new tire, new gaskets, new starter switch, ignition key device, new carburetor and new oil. Throttle cable needs some attention. Needs a new battery. Bought a new one and don’t use it anymore.
