Hello, I am looking to rent to one person in a two-bedroom suite in the Gorge area, available November 15th. Rent is $1050 + 45 for internet + utilities (approx $60 per month) and $525 security deposit. LGBTQ friendly. The room is unfurnished and is 10.9 x 12.10 feet and has a walk-in closet/Den that is 11.6 x 9.7 feet. The suite has a spacious and bright living space. Coin-operated laundry is in the building. The place is right along bus routes to Camosun College and UVIC # 11, 8 and a 10 minute walk away to bus # 21, 22, 26. 5 minute bike ride away to the galloping goose and 15 minute bike ride to downtown. Your roommate will be me and my cat named Phillip. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. A little about me: I am in my early 30's and I work full-time for the provincial government.
