Electric bike conversion. I bought this from someone, and I did significant upgrades to it. I improved the motor mount, and made a custom aluminum electronics enclosure. I did my best to protect this part against theft. The banding to the frame is pretty hard to cut without power tools and the door is secured with a trigger lock with the activation switch inside. You can also swap it to a combination trigger lock if you have one. I also added a cargo mount (also custom) and got some water resistant saddle bags for it. I also swapped the shifters to Shimano I thought I would use it more, but have more just been bussing and walking. Comes with a 36V 12Ah battery and charger as well as a different throttle/grip set, which is also keyed. This should be able to just snap in using the same connectors on the speed controller module. The key should replace the internal activation switch, if you would prefer something external. It's hard to say exactly how far you could go, but I think you could make it 20-25km with peddling, but haven't really done a proper distance test. 29" wheels.
