The $2,400 per month rent includes heat, hot water, hydro, secured underground parking, HD cable, wireless high speed internet (Shaw 300), and all linens, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. You will have no bills to pay!! The unit is tastefully furnished and decorated. There is a remote ceiling fan/light unit in the bedroom and dining room. The flooring is a mixture of linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom and dark brown carpet in the remainder of the residence. The amenities of this adult oriented building include a Jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool during the summer months, his and her saunas and workshop. There is also a very large shared laundry room, with daily availability from 07:00 to 23:00 hours and secured bicycle storage. One parking stall is included. The kitchen is equipped with a self cleaning oven, self defrosting refrigerator/freezer and over the range microwave. There is a large balcony. The building is very secure, with fob entry and security cameras at the front entrance, lobby and in the elevators. For your added safety, there are hard wired smoke/fire detectors in every unit and intercom for screening visitors, as well as on-site property managers 24/7. Potential tenant must provide proof of tenant insurance and be a non-smoker.
