Offered for sale this framed oil pastel drawing on paper, signed in the lower right hand corner by Canadian / American artist Carl Coger. This vintage late 80's, early 90's pastel drawing is in very nice condition and titled on the back, 'Annual Victoria Burning'. The original grey wood frame with the pink matting could easily be changed and measures approximately 9 inches in height x 11 inches in width.
