We have our motorhome parked on our property in Langford. We thought we would offer it to a student or someone looking for affordable accommodation. NO PETS AND ONE PERSON ONLY We are located by Costco. We are right in the center of everything....only 20 minutes in any direction to downtown, Sidney or Sooke. Royal Roads is 5 km away, 40 min by bus or 9 min by car. Camosun Interurban is 10 km away, 13 min by car or 1 hr by bus. Many stores & services you need are within a few blocks...Save On, Market on Millstream, 8 restaurants/fast food, 2 pubs etc. It is completely plumbed in with electricity, water, sewer, full cable with movie channels and HBO, WIFI, heat /air conditioning, garbage, recycling & composting are all included in the rent. It would be perfect for ONE person over 19 years of age with NO pets who wants to have their own affordable & private tiny house type of space. The rent is $1000 per month plus damage deposit of $400. Available November 1, 2024. It is a nice, very clean and cozy space perfect for one VERY QUIET person. It has a kitchenette table, comfy couch that converts to a full/double bed and comfortable upper bunk full/double bed with memory foam mattress, closet, drawers, bathroom with sink, shower & small tub. The kitchen space has frig/freezer, cupboards, storage, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave and double sink. Everything is electric...no propane appliance operation required. Unfortunately there is no washer & dryer in the unit. Please email us with information about yourself & your employment.
