Yes it has rust, needs drivers floor and cab support, and rocker, rust hole on windshield pillar. Box cross members are rusty. Has perfect box sides, doors, fenders, hood and tail gate. Runs ok has some exhaust leaks.Bought it with a bad trans and changed it.Its insured and can be test driven.
