Runs strong for an 83, I'm the third owner and it has roughly 90-95xxxk on it. reads 83k but had to replace the Speedo cable when I got it at 80k, Hasn't rolled over yet. Has a new 2 barrel carb, new brake lines, diamond plate aluminum bed liner, new clutch bearings, new skin on the original bench seat, aftermarket radio. Does need some work, mostly cosmetic has small rust spot above rear fender, gutter on the roof has some on the upper inside but still a solid piece, needs new seal around the front window it does sometimes has a small leak if there is a large amount of water near the upper part of the window but only the odd drip. It has been covered until recently and has been my summer truck. It is in really great shape for its year and his been well taken care of and I have a stack of papers from all the work that has been done from me and the other 2 owners.
