Hello this is a good boat no major cabin leaks, very solid good looking hull. Minor paint scruffs , no soft spots anyware. I will be putting her in the water in early March unless sold and new buyer prefers it to be on dry land, here at a private marina in sooke. Hull was just given a fresh coat of bottom paint March.1st. I started to take measurements inside the boat march.1st to install the wood trim needed to finish the interior.
