DAYDREAM BEE-LIEVER....1967 Triple E Compact rebuild with personality. These bumper pull trailers were originally built to house visitors from western Canada attending the Montreal Expo and under 400 were made. This adorable 12 foot trailer was stripped to the frame four years ago and rebuilt with new insulation, framing, interior walls and woodwork. The skin was resealed last year and there were no leaks this winter. The bed has been converted to a standard queen width (camper queens are six inches smaller) and is set up as a pull out sofa with storage underneath. The dinette also converts to a bed and there is a pull down bunk above the queen sized bed, though the space is too small for large children or adults. The electrical has not been done as we didn't camp with power. Tires should be replaced (both have slow leaks but they last a week camping). This is an ongoing project trailer as any old trailer is but she is beautiful, dry, comfortable, light to tow (1100 pounds or so) and starts a conversation everywhere she goes. She makes a great room for visiting guests (and is set up to be a rental business for this purpose). Vintage louvred windows and mahogany interior. No gross bathroom or cook space but amazing hidden storage everywhere. Queen bed is a deluxe foam mattress. She will be available to view beginning the weekend of May 25th after we clean out our camping stuff from our final camping trip. We thought we would keep her after we sold our tow vehicle but we didn't enjoy the hassle of borrowing a vehicle to tow so our loss is your gain. Holds way more stuff than you would think...we fit everything for a family of five into it including bikes and kids tent. Fits into a normal parking space or regular sized garage for storage. Email to arrange viewing.
