Hi there, I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate because he is leaving Victoria to follow his academic journey. This is a master bedroom in a 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment available on Feb 1st. 5-min walking distance to uptown center, Walmart, Whole Foods, and Starbucks. Next to most of the major bus lines 26, 30, 31, 70, 72, 75, 95. 20 mins from UVic. The apartment includes amenities, in-suite laundry, indoor parking spot, and bike locker area. The living room is furnished, and the kitchen includes the appliances. The rent is $1325/month, and includes High-speed Internet. Hydro/insurance is to be paid separately (~$35/month). Some of the furniture in the room (mattress, desk, chair) is not included in the room, but my roommate would love to sell them for a good price if someone is looking for a furnished room.
