Looking for two roommates who would mesh with our clean, comfy, calm and cosy home. Unfortunately my amazing housemate who we’ve shared together for 4.5 years is moving. And the other housemate who has been here a year hasn’t worked out (as can’t communicate and has temper tantrums.) So these rooms would be perfect for someone who would appreciate living in a quiet shared space with a beautiful yard, large and beautiful living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. They are available February 1st, in our amazing 3bdrm communal home, steps from Cedar Hill Golf course, a few blocks away from grocery stores etc and a bus that takes you directly to downtown or UVic, or a 10min bike ride from downtown. The house has a nice balance of being close to everything while in a peaceful nature-filled neighbourhood. Looking for someone who's skilled at living with others, knows how to communicate, tolerance of others and knows how to strike a balance between enjoying alone time vs. social time in the house. We have always had a multi age house, from 30ish to 55, and have shared the space easily and effortlessly. The house has been harmonious and clean, and we’d love to keep it that way! We love to have occasional house dinners, movie and craft nights, and have a creative inspiring home you look forward to coming to at the end of the day. Open communication is a must. In fact communication, compassion, community etc are all rather key to creating a home that is a Sanctuary. There is a Garage and tons of storage. The house is full of windows, plants and natural light, is made of concrete and plaster which is great sound proofing and insulation (for lower heating bills) and is well appointed and spaced out. Both rooms fit a queen bed, desk, bookcase etc have windows and are $920+ utilities. There are two dogs that live here (so sorry no more dogs, but could accommodate a cat) Neighbours are fabulous!
