Rental comes with a private unfurnished room, coin laundry on site, shared bathroom, kitchen with a counter top dishwasher, furnished living room and dining room, as well one parking spot behind the building. The price includes heat and hot water, the rest of hydro and internet extra. $30 every second month at most for Hydro and internet is currently $27 per person but will be going up soon due to increase in 2 year plan.
