1983 steel 21" Velo Sport Routier 15 speed road bike (Made in Canada). Rider around 5'6" to 5'8". Freshly-reconditioned including new chain, new tires, replacement sealed bottom bracket, repacked headset, new rear brake pads, new handlebar tape, and upgraded with a triple crankset replacing original double, thoroughly cleaned, well-running and ready for the road home. Triple crankset great for climbing the big hills Handles great. Accelerates beautifully. Structural integrity of the frame is excellent. Very stable riding no hands. Chrome wheels trued. Hubs adjusted so wheels spin smoothly. Bottom bracket replaced so cranks spin freely. Gear shifting works smoothly through all fifteen gears. Brakes stop on a dime. Cosmetically, it is gorgeous metallic chocolate-maroon eye-candy. and is complimented by a mix of gleaming chrome and polished aluminum parts contrasted nicely with the black seat, and new black handlebar tape.
