$150 · 7 1/4' Makita 5007mg Circular Saw

Almost new Makita saw. Bought this spring ($200 before taxes), and barely used. It's still on the original blade. Has zero issues and runs like a Makita should: perfectly. So why would I sell such a gem then? Downsizing my life and I haven't put the saw to work in months, it needs to go to somebody who will take it off the shelf and use it. It comes with the two spare blades in the picture, an un-bent rip-guide and the sturdy box I bought it with. I don't mind getting reasonable offers, but if you try and lowball me, I won't reply.
