*** Price Reduction*** I have no room to store this boat, it needs a new owner! Alright guys. This is a complete turn key fish slaying platform, get the keys go fishing tomorrow. This boat has been my baby. I co own it with my buddy who also happens to be a commercial Captain with two tickets. Together we have over 30 years of marine experience. If your looking at this add, you know what these boats are known for. quality construction, great ride for its LOA and displacement, and longevity. We got the boat from a little old man that babied it and it was trailered and stored under cover, motors flushed etc. When we got it, it was pretty plane jane. Since then we have done lots of maintenance, lots of upgrades, and lots of setting it up to be a fish slaying machine. We do an annual trip up to Bamfield every year for a week, and he and I fish regularly. In my opinion, boats that get used are better than boats that sit and are left to rot. Because of the regular use, we have been able to judge the longevity of the boat and trailer based on how it performs over the years we have had it, and we are regularly maintaining items (preemptive preventative maintenance) and hopping on things right away so the boat is always reliably ready to go fishing. Boat: -has a solid hull -18.6' (I believe) -nice tall gunnels (deep cockpit safe for children and dogs) -self bailing deck (drains into bilge, has float switch that does not rely on battery position switch) -bottom painted (could use a fresh coat) -no major hull or deck repairs (could use a polish for aesthetics) -has all the seat cushions (full Cuddy cabin cushions, two sleeper seats, two aft quarter seats on either side of the motor well. Sleeper seats could use fresh upholstery if you wanted to pretty it up, but they are fine) -FRESH WIRING BOW TO STERN. this was a full job done in 2021. two new batteries (house and starting bank) all properly fused and done by a ticketed professional marine electrician. fused switches on the dash, running lights, Pioneer(?) sound system BUMPS, new bilge on a float (2022), Lawrance FS7 fish finder plotter combo unit with transducer (2021), powerful VHF radio with brand new 8' antenna (was taken off a Fleming 65' range is incredible we pick up chatter at Swiftsure bank when we are fishing in sooke), marine grade busplus fused electrical block in the cuddy behind the dash for all the accessories. -forward hatch seals nicely -boat has canvas over cockpit and a zipper and snap cover for the aft section while moored or on the trailer (all zippers working, missing one snap on each side) -hydraulic trim tabs, new hydraulic lines (2022) -brand new raw water wash down jabsco unit with strainer (2022) Trailer - single axle recent overhaul: -2x brand new wheels and tires (2022), spare mounted onto tongue. -new winch on the front with new strapping and hook. -all rollers serviced and lubed with proper marine grease -all suspension parts and axle galvanized with spray -new electrical lights and wiring harness -sturdy and safe. Motors: -1997 Yamaha 115. this is an oil injected two stroke. lots of life left in it. unknown hours but was ran through a full inspection at Sherwood marine, cooling tested, compression tested, gearbox tested, charging tested. all checked out OK! that was in 2021 I believe (ill find the work order/ receipt for this work when you come to look at it). stainless prop. motor runs strong and has NEVER let us down. we have two spare thermostats for it new in the box (never had to replace since previous owner did pre-emptive maintenance before our ownership.) nice strong regulated charging voltage back into the system when running. 135L fuel tank lots of range. Oil injection has a remote tank tucked away nicely out of the way in the transom on the port side needs filling every 3-4 tanks of fuel approx. leg oil changed every year or twice a year. and greased. all tilt trim functions work -kicker is a 8hp yamaha 4 stroke. i think its a 2008? its rock solid, electric start reliable motor. it has an upgraded charging system with reg/rec for charging the batteries while on the troll. leg oil changed ever year (sometimes twice a year) and greased. connects to main engine with bar for steering while on the troll. basically this is an older hull, very well maintained boat that absolutely slays the fish. want to catch more and larger fish than your buddies, buy this boat. want to hit the beach and relax with the family, buy this boat. who wouldnt want to buy this boat??? oh yeah, ill even throw in a beautiful set of scotty electric downriggers, and some other fishing gear if the deal is right. come take a look. We bought a bigger boat now we need to say good by to this incredible boating/fishing chapter of our lives.
