I will set up a worm composting system that will turn your organic food scraps into black gold. Your worm composter will be preloaded with hundreds of mature Red Wrigglers (worms), a good bed for them to thrive on and a large Earth Machine to house them. I have used this system for many years, producing 100's of lbs of black gold from food waste. There are several advantages to using this system: 1. it is large enough that it will protect the worms during cold /hot spells and allow them to work all winter( I pile up leaves around the composter in winter to add an extra layer of insulation)and summer. 2. you can remove the black gold from the bottom of the bin so you never disturb the upper 8" and the worms. 3. virtually maintenance free, you just chop up the food and throw it in. 4. pest resistant and odorless. My composter processes all my food scraps for the year with only two dumpings.
