I am downgrading my laptop as I don't game or create content anymore. This is an extremely powerful laptop that can handle any game or video/photo creation/editing requirements. Intel core i7 16GB ram Windows 11 Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 500GB SSD There is a hardware issue that comes and goes affecting certain keys on the keyboard. Occasionally, certain keys don't work, and then start working again. I have opted to use a separate keyboard to avoid the issue. MSI contact support said it costs an average of $150 to fix.
