Here is a top-of-the-line Gretsch 6118 with M bracing that is ready for you to M brace. It sports the Jaguar Tan finish and is in very good condition with some of the typical finish checking on the back of the neck (see photo). The serial number indicates that it was built in Japan in September of 2008. I am the second owner. The guitar has a V-shaped maple neck with ebony fingerboard & mother of pearl "thumbnail" inlays. Frets are still in great shape with practically no wear. Anniversary headstock plaque & Sperzel locking tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight and set for a low action. It has a double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Jaguar Tan top finish & gold metallic on the back & sides. Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with adjustable bridge on a rosewood base. Gold plexi pickguard & knurled strap knobs. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 11.2 oz. It is loaded with TV Jones PowerTron humbuckers with silver bezels. Master volume & individual pickup volume controls with "G" Arrow knobs. 3-way pickup & ton selector switches. All electronics are in perfect working condition. Comes with the matching original hardshell case. A great addition to any collection but I find I play other guitars these days. Maybe it's time for you? Cash preferred, reasonable offers will be considered, thank you.
