This is a PAIR Price! Retail for pair would be just under $1600. ($699 ea. Plus tax) Current stock to order. Comfortable chair with a metal (stainless tone) swivel base. Leather is a soft off white. These have barely been used and pretty much appear as new. Measures 28" wide (outside arm measurements), 30" Deep and about 31.5" high. Comes from a NO smoking and very clean environment. The scale is great for condos or a bit more compact space. They are not too small but a modest footprint. I will add measurements below. No obligation if you wish to view first.
