July first the main part of my rural House will be available for rent. Three bedrooms +2 bath, laundry/ pantry , full kitchen , dining rm , sunken liv rm , large upper deck with ocean view . 2 carport for you. 1.5 acres of rocky forested Metchosin. I Live in the lower suite with my jack Russell terrier. Longtime tenants moved to Florida June 15, then I will do a mini reno up there for two weeks. 70’s house so hydro can be a big bill. We split it by how many people are here. To combat this cost I run a big woodstove in my lower area , and next weekend a propane fireplace is being installed in the upper liv rm. Great for power outages ! Start with a one year lease , but always lean towards someone long term. Probably $ 2600 / month , depends on what I get done in june. Email is fine , but call/text 250-744-7474 is easier. I have trucks and trailers on the property , but it’s otherwise naturally beautiful and very quiet!!
