landscaper's assistant

Position available for a landscaper's assistant. Work involves helping to construct new gardens - eg : moving rocks and gravels, moving and grading topsoils, moving and installing plants, mulching and a whole variety of other tasks. This is installation of gardens, not garden maintenance. Work is full time, Monday to Friday and job locations are often in North Saanich, sometimes in Oak Bay or Victoria. Starting pay is 25/hr and for a person with demonstrated ability/experience am willing to pay a higher rate. Learning to operate equipment is part of job as well.
