$200 · Latisse (generic brand) eyelash growth serum

This is the generic brand of latisse lash growth serum, not available in Canada anymore. Bought in mexico but can't use it unfortunately due to eye strain. Price in photo is in pesos. One bottle is opened as I tried it twice using sanitary precautions. Cross posted. Open to offers.
