My son and I are looking for a garage, shop or barn to rent. Outside space would be an added bonus. Rural and quiet optimal but not mandatory. Maybe you have an old barn or shop we can fix up, or you need other work around your place we can help with. South Cowichan preferred but not stuck on it. With living space would be great too. Even a spot to park a trailer? Any leads appreciated.
