Tempo fitness exercise bike

Exercise bike purchased from Canadian Tire several years ago. Works but the resistance dial doesn't adjust as well as it used to (doesn't seem to properly lock in place) and the seat has some rips that are taped. Was in daily use up until a few weeks ago. Speed and heart rate monitor works as far as I know we never kept batteries in it. Text me and I can put it outside to pick up.
