$950 · Solid Oak Door

We installed this door and the client wanted a completely different door. We purchased it for 5400 plus tax (contractor rate) and had it custom stain and clear coated which cost 1800. It is in great shape but please note the following - No handle or deadbolt included. The blind was removed and has left a few small holes. These could be easily filled. Dimensions are on the other picture attached. Both doors open. Fourth pic is for jamb width and is not a good indication of colour as it was only partially stained here. The third pic shows the screw holes and the tone quite well. The first pic shows that the door is cased however the casing was damaged when we removed it unfortunately.
