This mattress was given to us brand new. It has been slept on maybe 10 times. It was for our guest room, but we now want to turn it into an office. No stains. We will even throw in the mattress cover that protects it. Also comes with box spring, and the metal frame on wheels. THE HEADBOARD IN THE PICTURE IS NOT INCLUDED.
